Manage turnkey projects from ground breaking to project handover.
Manage all technical requirements of projects & clients, production and installation of fit out materials.
Design drawing for fabrication with proper coordination and approval from client, prepare project schedule, BOQ, Memos, and program for CNC machine. While before production, I make it sure that all drawings and samples are already approved by the client following the technical details and specifications of the project.
Prepare all project management data including technical issues, project schedule and work progress. Few projects which I worked with are; Criminal Court in Riyadh, Casper & Gambinis, Christian Loubotin, Marc Jacobs..etc.
Quality control manager in joinery and shopfitting in a wooden factory, controlling all materials from supply to delivery of products. I made it sure that before acceptance of supplied timber it must pass the required standard of 10% average moisture content though 2 percent tolerable increase or decrease of moisture content is acceptable. Checking all supplied accessories for joinery making it sure the it will pass the technical standards required for specific project and uses.
A project development at Yanbu, KSA managed as sub-contractor to China Harbour Eng'g for the dredging project. My team installed the architectural wooden works. A simple job that requires high technical standards on the issue of water proofing and flamability of the wooden works.
