• Lead the Reliability, Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Teams (38MP) in the Transformation from Reactive/TBM to CBM/Proactive Maintenance.
• Ensure a continuous improvement in maintenance & Production
KPIs including OEE, Productivity, Utilization, MTTR and MTBF
• Development of the annual Maintenance Opex & Capex budget, Seeking sustainable cost optimization.
• Ensure high availability (%) of Cold stores, Air conditioning system, elevators, Compressed air system & Boilers.
• identifying root causes of downtime and implementing action plans to reduce recurrences.
•Directs the implementation of the Reliable Asset Management program. Transform from a “break / fix” maintenance culture to a planned, proactive, precision and predictive maintenance culture
• Ensure department Compliance with HSSE, HACCP and ISO Requirements.
• Analyzes costs and benefits of equipment maintenance, capital growth and improvements, and production unit maintenance shutdowns.
•Measures and evaluates department efficiencies, costs, and productivity. Provides appropriate recommendations to direct reports and/or management as required.
•Assesses employee performance, development, training, and succession management needs in assigned area of responsibility.
Supervising the technical team for planning and implementing the detailed maintenance works for five factories including 13 sections and about 46 different production line in the new HALWANI complex which has started the actual production at the beginning of 2016 with the most recent technologies for food industry machinery in the world.

Experience of installation and commissioning of plant utilities like i.e., Steam Boilers, Thermal boilers, Generators, Heat Exchangers, AHU, FHU, Chillers and Air Compressors.
Work as Researcher, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, and systems, for commercial, industrial and domestic purposes.
Planning for successful Calibration process, Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance then monitoring the implementation. Make strategically planning for the maintenance procedures to achieve the machine zero breakdowns.
Supervising the operation and maintenance of all utilities of Halwani factory, including HVAC, Generators, Air Compressors, Boilers, Water treatment Station, Automatic doors, Floor Cleaning Machines, lighting and power monitoring and consumption control .
o Prepares and monitor Weekly PM Plan implementation, program and highlight resources & other requirements., ensuring works are executed according to plan.
o Technical research and studies for any system upgrades or changes and troubleshooting methodology to improve the performance of equipment and systems
o Supervising and organizing routine servicing schedules and Allocating work to a team of fitters and make sure 24-hour cover is available.
o Spare parts and equipment handling Management, ensuring the technical specifications for the new projects, monitor and control maintenance cost & spares consumption.
o Keeping engineering & production managers informed of progress and Carrying out quality inspections.
o Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
o Coordination with other depts. (i.e. Quality, Procurements, Supply chain and HR)
o ISO, HACCP and SAFETY team member.
- Heating furnaces, Processing and Preparation of the Rolling Line and run CNC machines.
- Maintenance and operation of pneumatic and hydraulic stations and water treatment plants.
