Maintenance Manager at Golnan Puratos
Responsibilities:
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. installation ammonia plant, operation and maintenance (GEA compressor)
2. ice bank, cold storage, cooling tower, operation, servicing and maintenance
3. trouble shooting, repairing and maintenance of all doors in factory(sectional doors,
high speed doors and cold storage doors)
4. supervise 8 technician maintenance team and 2 supervisor
5. responsibility of external units servicing, lubricating og all moving parts, checking and
adjustment of the all drive belts and drainage line
6. responsibility of spiral cooler (SCANICO)
7.responsibility of yogurt incubator in yogurt production hall
8. responsibility of Freon unit located in R&D cold storage
9. in-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems
10. recycle and change refrigerant
11. complete preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems and their stations
12. retained careful and thorough maintenance and repair records
13.disassembled units, repaired broken components, and restored them to operating
condition
14.assessed the accuracy of HVAC and refrigeration PM procedures and gave feedback
to management
15. responsible for ensuring the safety, integrity and reliability of equipment
