- Conduct surveys by visiting or calling customers to collect feedback.

Customer Service: Assisting customers on any inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshoot problems and providing information.
Sales: Responsible for all sales activities including paper work, signing up new individual and corporate accounts, promoting new products, following up with customers to ensure the quality of our services.
