• Performed a detailed study of current way of working with agile coach, and setup the
Agile process for the Delivery Centre, trained the PDS team in agile ways of working
and introduced defect management and KPI dashboards in Azure DevOps.
• Conducted release planning sessions to prioritize the stories across scrum teams so that backlogs and user stories are worked upon creating a pipeline for sprints well in advance. The target we are working on is to achieve a clear list of groomed user
stories for 2 sprints in advance.
• Successfully completed the platform upgrade project from project initiation to closure
• Play the role of a scrum master for 2 teams. One team is involved in moving surveys
from GIARTE to internal instance and the other team is involved in building
automated catalogue items to handle contractor and divestees request management.

• Handle two development projects called BDMP (Business Data Migration portal) application and CMMS (Central Messaging Management System) application in Microsoft technologies.

•Handle a team of 6-7 people and co-ordinate with other teams in the landscape.

•Participated in Integrated Resourcing Project Workshop shaping up the system changes to align with the philosophy of integrated resourcing for hiring managers and future application.
•Worked with recruitment support team on the XP (Experienced work stream) pilot project and also provided road map for future change requests.
•Worked on new workstream process for Graduates joining the company (GRAD AMR project, Integrated Resourcing project).

Project Analyst role:
• Performed the role of a Project Analyst to support IT infrastructure projects as part of the Global project portfolio within the Downstream IT services and Operations group.
• My function's role is to manage the investment budget for this group. Write business case and proposal for Budget release statement document (Estimated annual budget of approximately $30M). Emphasized on Process Management to meet business needs.
• Request for Cost centres and WBSE elements in system after the amount budget has been approved. Also, help with setting up PO (Purchase Orders) in the system.
Project Management Role:
• Prepared Effort and Cost Estimates for the projects and helped senior management in resource allocations.
• Weekly tracking of reports by preparing the plan on a page report.
• Participate in project assurance activities in project reporting tool.
