Install Machine’s in Site.
Ensure all the CNC machine are in good conditions.
Ensure the proper maintenance of the machines
Calibration for 5 Axis Head
Repair of hydraulic brake for 5 Axis spindle
Replace hydraulic pump
Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic lines
Ensure all Hydraulic Pumps, Vacuum Pumps, Water Pump’s, compressors and
chillers are in good condition
Experience in rebuilding and overhaul of Machines and Diesel Engine parts.
Follow standard procedure on all work.
Knowledge on parts catalogue
Install, troubleshoot and Plant equipment.
Install hardware and software configurations, Install, troubleshoot and maintain
computer systems, hardware and peripherals
Identify, analyze and repair product failures. Order replacement parts as required
Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer
base when required
Work closely with Field staff to implement appropriate policies to manage work flow
and communication.
Support customer centric programs like workshops with technical expertise/product
knowledge
Provide Technical Product customer support
Resolve customer issues with hardware and software related issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
Provide product feedback/customer suggestions
Promote continuous improvement
Provide on-going training to improve overall 2nd line and Field support
competencies
Interact with Customer Support, Sales, Marketing and Senior Management to
continually evaluate and improve the product support solutions channel and strategy.
Support the implementation of the help desk tracking system, with recommendations
for continuous improvement from the system, process and end user perspectives
Repair of various hydraulic pumps both electric and engine driven.
Repair of Hydraulic jack and electric lift.
Knowledgeable in hydraulic and pneumatic parts and replacement.
Experienced in remove and replace parts of machine, engine and equipment.
Experienced in repair of parts and make it usable again to minimize cost expenses.
Prepare and secure aircraft parts for ship-out, (foreign and local)
Accomplishment of all applicable shipping documents and preparation of parcel prior to
shipment.
Ensure traceability of all shipped items and keep updates and reports on timely basis.
Maintain accurate airway bill registry number and reconciliation of other proper work
records.
Assist planning control division in locating required material.
Conduct regular inventory of all spare parts.
Monitor condition of all stored items/supplies/parts for test of airworthiness, calibration, and
preservation of items with shelf life condition, damage and with proper tagging.
Experienced in Graveyard/Night shifts and long hours of shifting.
