Manages TV operations providing high-level engineering support to ensure television and radio
programs broadcasts are with the highest possible levels of technical and operational continuity
to the Gulfsat TV uplink services.
Install and operates transmission devices such as encoders, multiplexer, HD/SD router,
modulator and decoder including professional antennas for satellite transmission and digital
turn-around service to client site for channels contribution to Gulfsat TV head-end for TV uplink
transmission over satellite on DVB-S platform.
Operates and maintain multiple transport stream on DVB platform broadcasts about 100 plus TV
& Radio channels thru Thomson XMS management system to configure, monitor and controls all
broadcast devices defined in the Bouquet such as HD/SD feed routing, video compression,
stream multiplexing and fault management to ensure stable, reliable television broadcasts over
satellite.
Test and aligns new equipment for operational readiness prior to installation in broadcast
facility and provides operational assistance/instruction to others as needed.

Provide technical support for Saudi Aramco’s V-Sat network for voice telephony and data
communication services that includes relocations of V-Sat antennas, operations and
maintenance of V-Sat and stabilized antenna system for survey vessel and offshore platform for
Oil and Gas exploration and ground onshore drilling sites.
* Monitor and controls satellite main hub station of ARAMCO Bldg.140 communication center and
first line engineer to provide maintenance support to all survey exploration ships and offshore
platform Stabilized Antenna System.

Responsible for installation and maintenance of Un-interruptable Power Supply; (UPS),
inverters and automatic voltage regulator.
On-site service engineer to support customer to interface the equipment on UPS and provide
technical training on proper load to maximize back-up period of time, preventive maintenance
and corrective maintenance of the back-up power system.
