Conduct Quality Control Inspection on Decks, Pipeline, Risers, Jackets, Piping and Pressure Vessels in accordance with applicable codes and client's specifications.
Surveillance on proper storage, baking and handling of electrodes as per applicable specification and procedure.


Verification of Material Traceability records and ensuring that only acceptable materials are used.
Visual Inspection (before, during and after welding).
Preparation of NDT & PWHT requests and ensures that NDT & PWHT are carried out as per the applicable code and specification requirements.
Carry out hardness testing, PMI check, Ferrite check where applicable.
Dimensional Control of the fabricated items/spools.
Preparation of material traceability reports, pre-Release Inspection Reports.
Witness calibration of pressure gauges, pressure-temperature recorders and safety relief valves.


Carry out line walk, prepare punch list and clear the punch points as and when they are attended prior to releasing the test packs for hydrostatic / pneumatic test.
Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic tests of piping systems.

Check for the condition the welding equipment and suitability of the base and filler metals. Check to assure that welder skill is maintained (such for their rejection rate and performance).
Verify welders, welding operators are certified in accordance with the procedures to be used during production.
