Conduct Quality Control Inspection on Decks, Pipeline, Risers, Jackets, Piping and Pressure Vessels in accordance with applicable codes and client's specifications.
Surveillance on proper storage, baking and handling of electrodes as per applicable specification and procedure.
Verification of Material Traceability records and ensuring that only acceptable materials are used.
Visual Inspection (before, during and after welding).
Preparation of NDT & PWHT requests and ensures that NDT & PWHT are carried out as per the applicable code and specification requirements.
Carry out hardness testing, PMI check, Ferrite check where applicable.
Dimensional Control of the fabricated items/spools.
Preparation of material traceability reports, pre-Release Inspection Reports.
Witness calibration of pressure gauges, pressure-temperature recorders and safety relief valves.
Carry out line walk, prepare punch list and clear the punch points as and when they are attended prior to releasing the test packs for hydrostatic / pneumatic test.
Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic tests of piping systems.

Ensure that all activities involving welding, fabrication, erection, dimensional, NDE are in compliance with project specification and applicable standard.
Review sub-contractors QA/QC document such as ITP, WPS and PQR, WQT certificates, work procedures and equipment calibration records.
Monitor sub-contractor activities if conforms to project specifications and applicable.
Perform incoming material inspection as per job requirements and material specification. Prepare inspection report.
Monitor all fabrication and welding activities on site, conduct welding surveillance and issuance of Non-Conformance Report whenever necessary.
Witness tank testing such as vacuum/leak test and hydro test.
Educate subcontractor quality personnel on the quality standards throughout the construction process. Supervise subcontractor for the preparation of test plate use for welding qualification.
Perform construction site pre-inspection and coordinated post construction work.
Maintain calibration records of all equipment used for welding and other activities.
Supervision of company existing project with particular attention to quality control/assurance.
Involved in the establishment of WPS & PQR.
Monitor all Fabrication and Welding activities on site, conduct welding surveillance and issuance of Non-Conformance Report whenever necessary.
Carry-out daily welding inspection, such as fit-up, dimensional check, in-progress welding and final welding inspection.
Control and verify the welding consumables, welder and welding operator certificates.
Ensure that all welding consumables are being maintained as per proper handling procedures in line with the Code and Company’s requirements.
Supervise and conduct inspection on all flanges, bolting operation, gasket verification, pipe stringing and lowering in accordance to client standard.
Inspect welding activities, hydro/pneumatic testing on all completed pipe works in accordance with Client approved procedure.

Supervision of company existing project with particular attention to quality control/assurance.
Responsible for the execution and monitoring of approved quality manual.
Perform in-process and final inspection of mechanical and piping activities that includes verification of dimension on all pipe works with respect to the construction drawing and standard.
Conduct visual inspection on all piping materials received in accordance to approved quality plan, checklist and standard.
Supervise and conduct inspection on all flange bolting operation, gasket verification, pipe stringing and lowering in accordance to client standard.
Inspect welding activities, hydro/pneumatic testing on all completed pipe works in accordance with client approved procedure.
Preparation and compilation of quality records and other quality related documents for project acceptance and final handover.
Carry out welding inspection such as Fit-up, Dimensional check, In-progress welding and Final welding inspection.
Check for the condition the welding equipment and suitability of the base and filler metals. Check to assure that welder skill is maintained (such for their rejection rate and performance).
Verify welders, welding operators are certified in accordance with the procedures to be used during production.
Check for job clearance certificate (JCC)
