Maintains project files and keep all matters updated and current.
Performs research and support activities to assist attorneys.
Uses PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and other programs in preparation of correspondence, documents and/or presentations; efficiently creates charts, graphs, tables, and text slides; responsible for formatting consistency and accuracy on time-sensitive, high-profile documents.
Establishes and maintains filing systems; classifies, sorts, and files correspondence, records, media clips and other documents.
Handles complex travel and Hotel arrangements (both domestic and international).
Requesting and ordering books and articles to the Publishing Company to obtain the rights to translate into Arabic.
Prepare UPS & DHL bills for payments.
Performs other secretarial related duties and responsibilities as required by the immediate superior.
Identifies and resolves problems, and suggests process improvement.
Performs duties such as analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copy reading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, or validation of data.
Monitored and processed data according to client specifications.
Responsible for accuracy and completeness of work product.
Sending queries to client if the (Statute, Cases, Court Rule) cannot found in the given documents or need to verify the invalid citation.
Helping workload balance and distribution.
Act as person responsible if Team Leads are not around
Acts Report immediately to TL and Supervisor any immediate concern on production area such as connectivity and others issues.
Training some New CE’s for processing special jurisdiction.
