Arrange and maintains store shelves through techniques and by observing displays of products; removing expired, damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
• Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged product
• Maintains good relationships with store managers, department heads, and employees; answering their questions and responding to special requests.
• Assist field sales representatives with product display; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing company standards.
• Assist customers by providing product information or location.
• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or by scanner; inspect stock items for wear or defects,
reporting any damage to supervisors; verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Place prices or descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Display and maintains products in store shelves through techniques.
• Removing expired, damaged or freshness-dated products and tidying store shelves.
• Support for new store opening and store reset.
• Merchandising and Retail Support for accounts as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Develop relationships at store and suppliers.
• Communicate with Sales Manager regarding sales issues.
• Resolves customer complain on shop floor.
• Be courteous and a responsible driver at all times.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports based on customers’ needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
