Assistant to the CEO (October 2105- Present);
• Act as the point of contact between the internal and external clients.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Organizing the weekly reports sent by Business Unit Heads to be sent to the company principal.
• Organizing working meal for the directors and principals and other logistics during the Management and Business Review meeting.
• Performing other duties as required by the CEO.

Office Support Coordinator (September 2009- Present);
• In charge of the smooth running of the office and reception.
• Responsible to organize all office ID access cards for employees and visitors and maintaining up to date records for attendance and other purposes.
• Distribution and tracking of all company issued mobile phone bills and timely submission of monthly payment reports to the Finance Director.
• Main point of contact with Etisalat Account Manager for service related requests and issues.
• Responsible for maintaining the database and the issuance of office parking and gym access cards.
• Coordination with the QHSE representatives to support the implementation of office and employee’s health and safety.
• Management of office supplies stocks level.
• In charge with the supervision of Office Assistants ensuring the officers are kept clean, stationeries and beverages are distributed properly.
• Assigned as the POC for the set- up of account both for file storage and teleconferencing being serviced by a third- party company.
• Responsible to ensure the collection of company issued assets of the leaving employee prior to his departure.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Office Support Manager.

Receptionist (2015- Present)
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed;
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Organize conference and meeting rooms booking, coordinate meetings and organize catering.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
