- Plan and direct project/site electrical works
- Supervises the quantity and quality of installation, assuring that the work will comply according to shop drawing, work schedule, project specification, regulation and standards.
- Attends project coordination meeting, discuss the action plans and control labor and materials
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accomplishment reports, material bill of quantity (BOQ) and work permits
- Monitors materials site delivery
- Coordinates with other trades regarding execution of work plan
- Ensure that all workers are qualified to do their task, complying safety and have all the training required by client
- Prepare and submits all the necessary documentations such as as builts plans and asset coding.
- Monitor and improve operations of electro-mechanical machines/motors and electrical switching, controls and instrumentations. These include giving proposals together with design and quantity estimate which will be approved by the Manager.
- Implements electrical system’s rehabilitation, modification, expansion and developments. This includes panels, motors and electrical controls.
- Plan, execute, and supervise electrical corrective and preventive maintenance
- Supervises maintenance staff in performing their task.
- Responsible for project execution, management and commissioning such as building construction and expansion of existing facilities.
- Supervision and coordination among contractors to meet project time schedule, quality of work and standards.
