Supporting the development of OHS policies and programs.
* Ensure that all employees are fit to work.
* Conducting health checks and monitor any underlying ill health of employees
* Incharge of Covid 19 preventive measures and coordination.
* Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics.
* Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures.
* Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
* Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.
* Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using
protective equipment)
* Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc, and journey management.
* Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
* Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
* Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
* Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behaviour or breaks in regulations.
* Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations.
* Inspecting trucks and trailer for roadworthiness to make sure they are safe.
* Ordering repairs for unsafe and/or damaged equipment.
* Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training.
* Presenting safety principles to staff in meetings or lecture-type training sessions.
* Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.
* Determining whether the transportation of goods is safe.
* Creating safety plans that include suggested improvements to existing infrastructure and business
processes.
* Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with project leadership to create consistency in safety
standards throughout the production team and the entire company.
* Act as
Act as health and safety advisor of the team.
* Identifying hazard and risk that lead to accident and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
* Daily routine checking of Ambulance medical supplies and equipment.
* Maintain accurate detail report to Station Officer and Fire Dept. Manager.
* Attend to emergency call inside and outside of international seaport such as vehicular accident, ship
accident, work related accident and medical case via ambulance.
* Demonstrate first aid, bandaging and splinting during accident cases.
* Administer intravenous therapy as fluid replacement and communicate to medical doctor for emergency
drugs to be given as prescribe.
* Gives some lecture about First Aid and CPR and other medical case to fire fighters and other fire crew.
* Attend tactical evaluation conducted by Port Fire Dept. and Industrial Security Dept. such as ship
emergency and rescue drills and fire drills.
* Make inventory reports and request of medical supplies.
* Assess patient during accident or medical problem and demonstrate proper communication and referrals to
medical facilities.
* Assist and help medical doctor for intubation of patient upon recovering of patient in serious condition that
needs airway assistance.
* Supervise fire fighters during emergency cases.
Med-Surgical
Maintain daily reports and records.
* Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' condition.
* Modify patient treatment plans as indicated in patients response and condition
* Consult and coordinate with other health care team to asses, plan and implement patient care plan.
* Order, interpret, evaluate diagnostic test to identify patient’s health condition.
* Monitor all aspect of patient care including diet and physical activity.
* Direct and supervise less skilled health care personnel.
* Prepare patient needs during pre op and complete all needs required before endorsing.
* Assess patient condition properly and attend to medical and emotional needs.
* Perform case-to-case lecture of patient care plan.
