•Coordinate with building maintenance supervisors.
•Manage all reports and close work requests at Admin Service department.
•Maintenance of all electrical controls of company facilities, troubleshooting of lighting system and power supply.
•Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
•Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
