o Butter (parchment, foil, tubs) and Butter Spread (tubs) of
>4, 000 tons/year.
o Cultured Milk (5L, 2L, 1L) of > 4, 000 tons/year.
o Industrial Full Cream and Skim Milk Powder and Commercial
Instant Full Cream and Skim Milk Powder of > 8, 000
tons/year.
o Annual Operational Budgets of up to 8 mil USD and Capital
Projects of up to 2mil USD.  Ensure compliance with Food Quality, Health, Safety &
Environmental standards: FSSC, GFSI, ISO2200, ISO14001,
ISO45001.  HACCP and EnMs team member.  Ensure compliance with customer standards, e.g. Kraft Foods,

Manage Processing Technical Sales & Service (Coastal Region).
