Site Architect /Site supervisor
- Monitoring and inspecting building works of architectural and structural. Ensure all architectural works are following the approved drawings. Quality of architectural finishes based on Construction Quality Assessment of SIngapore BCA. Regular meetings with Sub Contractors and Consultants.
Ensure the site works are within the given schedule.
Suggesting alternative solutions on design problems.
Implementing and securing the works done step-by-step and within the company standard. Handling multiple Sub Contractors and monitoring progress of works. Report to Project Manager from time to time. Ensuring the safety of workers and workplace. maintaining the cleanliness of work place.
Condominiums, University, Primary School, Shopping Malls are those prestigious projects which I have worked as (Architectural Coordinator) Site Architect. Experienced in coordination with other aspects such as structural, Mechanical and electrical, interior designs, landscaping, and external road works. Supervision and inspection.
