- Plans and implements actions as aligned with the objectives of Operations Departments
- Supervises the team in the facilitation of trade in accordance to the SGS Business Rules
- Ensures that the team complies with the company performance standards and quality procedures
- Acts as Deputy Manager for Certification Center in accordance to ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17020
• Assist in Trade Facilitation and Customs clearance of products going to Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar and African Countries
• Ensures that chemical products imported in Saudi Arabia and African Countries comply with regulatory and statutory laws
• Ensures that the product complies with the approved National, Regional and International Product Standards and Technical Regulations
• Issue Product License, Product Registration and Product Certificate of Conformity
• Resolve disputes in Standard, Classification and Certification cases
• Formulates Conformity Assessment Instructions based on product safety and performance standards
