• Close monitoring of daily activities of my staff and ensure proper scheduling and on-time completion of the projects.
• Ensure the proper use of the specific paints (color and kinds of paints), tools, and equipments to be use on a specific projects.

• Ensure the proper use of safety harness before the works starts.

• Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipments are all in place after the duty hours.
• Making sure all the materials needed are in the job site to avoid delays.

• In charge in surface preparation, making sure that the surface to be painted is free from all foreign objects that can prevent the paints from being applied.
• Creates and develop a certain designs as per customer order.
• Making sure that the works are in good quality and meet the customer standards

• Close monitoring of daily activities and accomplishments, ensuring the on-time completion of the projects.
• In-charge in sample making to be approved by the customer before the production starts, making sure all the materials needed are in the job site to avoid delays.
• Making sure all works are of good quality for customer satisfaction.
