To ensure the Safety of the Plant & People working in the plant.
To make plant rounds & ensure that plant is neat & tidy by proper housekeeping which is a part of everybody’s responsibility & to ensure the Plant availability as per the commitment to the Top management.
Nature of Job:
To ensure that Modules are operating as per the Daily Operating instructions given by Manager- (Operations).
To prepare the shutdown job list & to ensure that shut down goes off within the stipulated time frame & without any unexpected eventuality (Operations).
Control of Process safety interlock and Equipment safety interlock.
To keep a track on Key Process parameters & ensure that Modules are operating in a safe manner & at Optimum level. Also to ensure that Standard Work Procedures & Work Instructions are being strictly followed by all.
To keep a track on various raw materials like Iron Oxide, Natural Gas, Water, Seal gas, Nitrogen etc. and take suitable action incase of any deviation so as to protect the Plant Equipments.
To monitor various specific consumptions per MT of DRI produced, to keep the specific consumptions at the minimum possible level & efforts towards cost
reduction.
Handling of utility section also (Pumps, Heat exchangers, cooling tower etc)

Run the Plan at Optimum Perimeters.
Give Max Production with Premium Quality.
Supervision during Shut down and Maintain record.
Monitor and control the Plant Parameters.
Facilitate development of monitoring plans, involving other key stakeholders in monitoring, by the Implementation Partners and facilitate full implementation of the plans.
Ensure that Implementation Partners submits proper reports as per the agreement, and
prepare and submit monthly progress reports together with visual documentation of work in Progress.
Supervised drafting of reports to ensure adherence of technical specification.
