Functional Role: Potable/Fire Water/Irrigation Design Engineer /Hydraulic Modeler
Highlights:
• Optimization of hydraulic model using steady state simulation, extended period simulation and auto fire flow analysis, and mitigation of issues found in the fire/potable water and irrigation hydraulic model that involved resizing of pipes and proper pump modeling for the detailed design contract stage for Aramco SDHO development in south Dhahran, KSA.
Key responsibilities for Infrastructure works:
• Development and review of documents and drawings for civil infrastructure works including design basis report, scope of works, specifications, calculation spreadsheets, presentation slides, design calculations report, and mitigation options report.
• Engineering design and hydraulic modeling, analysis and optimization of potable/fire water and TSE irrigation infrastructure network using Bentley WaterGems v8i.
• Detailed irrigation demand calculations and detailed secondary and tertiary irrigation and control systems design.
• Coordinate and delegate cad design tasks to cad designer.
• Participate in interdisciplinary QA/QC review and marking-up of documents and design drawings.
• Attend internal meetings and interface meetings with client’s project management team members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and address project related queries from the client.

• Aramco Shaybah Wildlife Sanctuary: FEED package for civil infrastructure and site development works including site planning, site grading, paving and parking layout.
• Aramco Shaybah Border Guards Camp: FEED package for civil infrastructure and site development works including site planning, site grading, earthworks, perimeter road, sanitary/waste water collection and disposal, sewage treatment/facultative pond, and combined potable/fire water network.
• Aramco Hawiyah GOSP: Structural design for steel platforms and foundations for pipe rack modification works.
