Network Administrator / IT Procurement Specialist Pre-sales - October 2006 - Present
IT Procurement Specialist / Pre-Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and analyze the customer request RFP/RFQ to ensure and determine that all data is captured and provides the possible recommendation and ideas to meet the customer best solution.
• Collaborate with vendors, Draft bid specifications and requests for quotations against the customer RFP. Provide the best solutions and best quotes through the approved OEM suppliers/vendors.
• Draft bid specifications and requests bid proposals from vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support with Bid team on response to Bid, RFPs, RFQ’s with technical approach.
• Actively supporting BAE Systems Account Manager in its management of the key Service Providers in support of the main BAE Systems Account.
• Support resolution of supply chain issues that require escalation, with all stakeholders (Internal and External).
• Responsible to produce relevant reports on a weekly, monthly basis, as directed by the line Manager.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
System Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administrating Windows Server 2008/2003 Active directory services.
• Connecting those client systems in the company Domain.
• Configuring and Implementing Security Policies for the company Network Users
• Administrating Exchange 2010/2003 & Perform email flow monitoring, & troubleshooting
• Deploying Antivirus Program for Network Users, and Frequently Update the Virus Definitions and Make Networks Free from any Type of Virus Attacks.
• Creating and Managing a Scheduled Back Up and Restoring the Files in a Particular Manner.
• Maintaining file and print servers with applying service packs and patches as and when required to make sure that systems are free from any errors
• Repair & Troubleshoot for Desktop, Printers and other related hardware/Software and Networking Problems.
