Supervises a group of technicians consisting of Valve Shop & Machine shop with an activity of maintaining the Safety Critical Equipment’s that includes Pressure Safety Valve’s, Control Valves & Isolation Valves.
➢ Briefly discussed to each team members about the hazard’s & Risk inside in a Petrochemical & Refinery Plants.
➢ Ensure that 10 Life Saving Rules of ADNOC, take 2, Hazard & Risk Identification & Near Miss reporting are strictly followed by the team member’s by conducting a Safety Tool Box Talk in every start of the shift.
➢ Ensure that servicing, testing & calibration of each valves are according to API, ASME & ANSI FCI 70-2 standards with corresponding data sheets.
➢ Strictly ensures that Management of Change are being followed by every technicians and machinist.
➢ Ensures that Procedures, Policies, Rules & Regulations are strictly adhered with every team member.
o Dos & Don’ts for every machines & equipment’s.
o Pre-Operational checklist of every machines are being used.
o PPE’s are properly used.
o API, ASME & ANSI FCI 70-2 standards are being followed.
o Machining standards specification for threads, fits, clearances & PMI for
equipment’s spare parts machining.
➢ Constant Monitoring & Recording of every job received & executed by the technicians &
Machinist.
➢ Input the Time Entry of every personnel in the SAP system for Maintenance application
P50.
➢ Filled up the Time Sheet of every Valve Shop & Machine Shop personnel for their
extended hours.
➢ Filled PSOK - Performance Standard OK for Pressure Safety Valves in Sap P50 system.
➢ CNF - confirmation of every Work Orders completed specially Priority 0 & 1.
➢ Create Corrective Maintenance Work Order for any Machine Shop & Valve Shop
Equipment’s that requires an attention specially if there was no assign PM work order for
that equipment.
➢ Strictly monitor the Semi-Annual calibration of Pressure Gauges for every Test Bench for
HP & LP Pressure Safety Valve, Control Valves, Isolation Valve, Hydrotesting/Hydrostatic
pump & UHDE test equipment.
➢ Ensure that all equipment’s are properly & constantly maintain by the Work Shop
technicians by following the PM plan for every equipment.
➢ Discussed with direct supervisor & equipment end user for the solutions & trouble
shooting specially if Repair Kits are not available in stock.
➢ Immediate respond for every On Call receives from Maintenance Execution team ordered
by the Operation.
➢ Ensures that Lifting tools, accessories & equipment are conformed with the Inspection
Validation period of every 6 months in accordance with Borouge Procedure.
➢ Ensures that housekeeping is constantly maintain inside the Work Shop Premises.
➢ Awareness about ADNOC COP’s
Conduct Safety Tool Box Talk (TBT) in every start of daily shift to ensure the safe working environment of every personnel & assets.
➢ Brief Valve Shop & Machine Shop personnel properly in related to their assigned task so as to prevent any mis-communication and mis-understanding about the task.
➢ Update the Time Entry in daily basis using SAP P50 system.
➢ Update Daily Job Monitoring Status for Valve Shop & Machine Shop.
➢ Update personnel’s Time Sheet for any extended time.
➢ Confirm & update the status of Work Orders related to PSV’s PM calibration using SAP
system.
➢ Determining frequency of valve shop & Machine shop equipment maintenance (PM)
➢ Perform Valve Shop & Machine Shop trouble shooting together with the Workshop
Technician’s.
➢ Supervises corrective maintenance of Fire Water System and its components.
➢ Carries out regular inspections of the shop and work areas to ensure that the safe working
conditions are provided that equipment and tools are used in accordance with operating
instructions and that equipment which is malfunctioning is identified for repair or replacement.
➢ Inspects completed work for conformity to Valve Technicians & machinist, operational requirements and safety standards. Co-operates with other maintenance
contact and get signed every certificate from Borouge Third Party Inspector’s for PSV’s &
Isolation and Instrument personnel acceptance for Control Valve’s.
➢ Signed all Valve shop Certificates consisting of (PSV calibration certificate, Isolation Testing
Certificate and Control Valve Testing Certificate.) in behalf of Borouge/RSI Valve Shop Direct
Supervisor.
➢ Performs other related duties, includes ensuring observance of all safety and fire rules
and regulations by personnel working in the workshop, ensuring the correct and safe use of workshop equipment, preparing activity reports, attending meetings, searching for spare parts using SAP P50 system.
➢ Reserves all accessories to be used for Valve repair, consumables, materials for machining activities and keeping record against each parts/Components.
➢ Daily contact & coordinate with Maintenance, Operation, Planning and Technical Group personnel up to team Leader level, to clarify workshop assistance required on Valves & machining of parts, and to establish priorities according to operation requirements to minimize interruptions.
➢ Ensure proper Housekeeping of the machine and work premises and contact to the relevant parties in waste disposal.
➢ Assist and guide colleagues (Machinist, Assistance Workshop Technicians & Valve Technicians) to perform each task in a safer and proper way.
➢ Ensure all lifting tools are properly inspected and colour coded according to its validity period.
➢ Ensure all record’s and documents (PSV calibration certificate’s, Isolation Valve Testing Certificate, Control Valve Testing Certificate) are properly in place and in correct order for easy retrieval.

▪ In charge in the implementation, inspection, supervision and completion of the installation, rectification and welding works of V-201 Steam Purifier Ellipsoidal Head and Lower Half Bottom. Responsible in the preparation of Permit to Work & associated clearances.

▪ In charge in the supervision, coordination in the welding and installation of CHF @ Well 319D located at Malitbog Area. Also, Preparation of Safe work Permit and associated clearances.

PROJECT TITLE: WELDING of 26in dia. Casing Pipe Landing Joint LOCATION: MGDL RIG 1 SITE
▪ In charge in the preparation of Safe Work Permit, implementation, supervision and completion of the 26in dia. Casing Pipe Landing Joint.
In charge in the supervision at the Machine Shop and Fabrication Shop, implementation of the project and inspection of finish fabricate Pipe Line Support of First Balfour Incorporated. And also coordinate with the customer representative for the progress of the project.
Monitored and inspect the construction of Pipe Line Support, Pipe Laying of Pipes and
Installation/Welding of Pipe Line weld joints of Pad 4RC Hot Brine Reinjection.
➢ Create and generate inspection report and progress report.
Working under the supervision of Senior Project Control Engineer.
➢ Project Cost estimates, Project Completion monitoring and Completion report generation of Pad
4RC Hot Brine Reinjection Piping works.
In charge in the construction, erection, welding and installation of Cross bracing support of Green
Core Geothermal Incorporated Power Plant Vertical Beam.
Receive and Inspect Incoming Geothermal Valves subjected for repair received from Energy
Development Corporation. Assign repair serial numbers and create receiving inspection report. Create and generate material and purchase request for the raw material of defective valve parts to be used for the fabrication of new parts for replacement. Create sketch and draw using Auto Cad to be used as reference for the fabrication of Valve parts. Create and generate work orders with fabrication drawing attached to be used for the fabrication of new parts including work orders for cleaning and sandblasting. Receive and inspect incoming raw materials coming from suppliers of valve parts like Spiral Wound Gaskets, Ring Gaskets, Packing and 17-4ph/410SS Valve stem material. Monitor and inspect finished products which include valve stem, Vee Packing, Valve Seat, Valve Gate including welding and machining of Actuator Parts. Create and submit progress reports to General Manager. Inspection, design is based and in accordance with API Standards and ASME Standards. And supervise in the production machining/fabrication and all work orders at the Machine Shop and Valve Shop.
Monitor the on-going repair of Electrostatic Precipitators (EP) at Smelter Area. Natures of the
repair are removal/OXY-ACY cutting of old and damage electrodes inside the EP, repair/replace damage electrode supports and Replace/Welding of new electrodes. Also attend weekly meeting for the progress report of on-going repair of EP’s.
