 Mechanical scope included the underground utilities, plumbing, solar system, fire-fighting &
HVAC, DDC & BMS equipment installation, chilled water piping & air ducts.
 Ensure that works adhere to safety standards at all times.
 Ensure performance and productivity of craftsmen and labor.
 Design review of mechanical systems (Plumbing, Fire Fighting, & HVAC) to ensure designs are
consistent with project technical requirements, codes standards, and estimates.
 Preparation of technical submittals for equipment and material, technical quires, field change
documents, and approved material requisitions.
 Work with company’s procurement to expedite and track the delivery of requested equipment,
pipe, valves and hangers to meet project schedule requirements.
 Develop contracts with subcontractors; managing sub-contractors works.
 Managing budget and ensuring cost controls are met.
 Monthly monitoring physical and financial schedules responding directly to management through
report submission.
 Coordination of work activities with other project groups.
 Assist in acquiring required permits.

 Worked as the maintenance manager for the rehabilitation, operation, and maintenance of Prince
Abd Elmohsen General Hospital (120 Beds) and medical staff housing.
 Managed the operation and maintenance of auxiliary systems including STP (Sewage treatment
plant), WTP (water treatment plant), HVAC chillers, medical stores, steam generators& heat
exchangers.
 Supervised multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, drivers, office boys and
security.
 Developed and implemented a facility management program including preventative maintenance
and life cycle requirements.
 Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
 Supervised maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
