Responsibilities:
• Assists the MIS/EDP in-charge in the electronic, communication and computer system acquisition;
• Assists in the inspection/checking of electronic, communication and computer systems;
• Installs/repairs electronics, communication and computer systems;
• Assists in the calibration of electronic gadgets, business machines and automated systems(Biometrics, MIS related works);
• Assists in making reports;
• Does other related works as prescribed by the MIS/EDP in-charge and the Administrative Officer IV.
Responsibilities:
• Is responsible to provide technical support and assistance to all the bank’s system and network users, both in hardware and software related issues.
• Performs Daily Data Processing Routine: Jobs processing, report generation, data backup and restoration of the core banking system and other application of the bank.
• Handles troubleshooting and perform preventive maintenance on Desktop, Printers, Scanners and other IT equipments.
• Acts as 24/7 Technical Help Desk and handles all areas of technical support functions, which includes network communications, hardware and software related issues (installation, configuration, maintenance, repairs and deployment), monitoring of network system, ATM and other electronic banking channels availabilities, and coordination with BancNet, Telco Providers, Diebold and other Technical Support Providers.
• Database backup and restoration to test data integrity using MS-SQL 2008.
• Resolves escalated Desktop, hardware, software and network issues
• Daily monitoring report about System, Servers and Network status.
