Job Responsibilities:
•The process is to maintain the Inventory for all the product items which is available in the production areas.
•Preparing the count sheets by using the Master Data and split it and handover to the team members for physical inventory.
•Prepare, generate, and file the inventory reports and review the same by weekly/monthly with management.
•Maintain the updated/accurate records of inventory, Material transfer list and cycle counts.
•Once the physical inventory is finished, we have to prepare the consolidated report and send the same to client by daily/weekly report.
•Also our role is to maintain the daily report and weekly report to update the records with up to date
the project details, Responsibilities are as follows.
•Involved in U.S. Title Process. Doing the Title Search Process, Abstract Process and Secondary Process.
•According to the Client’s need realizing the type of order ordered, and entering the Title order in the Title prep application by following the given instruction, assigning the fresh orders and the BTD orders to the corresponding vendor.
•Collecting the Title documents from the vendors via email and Sending the collected Title documents to the client via Title Prep application.
•To retrieving the data of Grantor and Grantee details, Legal details, Tax amounts, mortgage amounts, Deed of Trust and Judgment details.
•Also involved in the Data Entry works. The process is to retrieve the data from the given input files (PDF, Tiff Images) to the required output formats like MS-Excel/Word. Most probably all the client’s requests that the output will be in Excel formats.
•Also involved in E-publishing projects like e-pub, Fixed Layout, XHTML5, Wk-Italy.
•We received a input files with sample file from the client end and we processed the same as per the sample file and check the validation for the output files and send back to the client end via FileZilla and CuteFTP.
•Once the process is completed, we have done the proofreading to check whether the missing contents like text, images, links and so on.
McGraw-Hill is an E-Book publishing company. It is a web-based assignment and assessment platform that makes it easy for the students with their coursework.
•In this we check the products Cartridges, Websites and Connect.
•Product comprises of Links, Videos, Animations, Flashcards, Student-Instructor modules and Narrated Slides.
•Testing is done on the product as per the costumer’s instruction to fix bugs.
•Doing Manual Testing of E-Book (Learning Management System) - Content testing & Functionality testing like Hyperlinks, Audio and Video and Regression testing.
•Also proofreading process done for Australian, UK and USA Clients.
•Using proxy logins to check its acceptance criteria and to perform load and stress tests to check the application
•Defect tracking tool implementation is in progress.
•Extensively involved in Designing Test cases and executing test cases. Reporting the Error, Updating the Weekly Status
