Build and lead the college team for successful execution of college diploma programs as per TVTC/COE standards.

Lead the development and design of a blended learning curriculum for vocational Curriculum as part of the Curriculum Innovation Team for our Colleges across the Kingdom.
Conduct regular meetings with students to maintain high attendance, manage and support student progression and keep high student retention
Assist with faculty recruitment, hiring, training, retention and ongoing professional development.
Responsible for the effective tactical and operational leadership and development of Vocational areas.
Lead the needs analysis, design and development of curriculum frameworks ensuring the currency required to deliver consistently successful outcomes.
Devise and implement teaching and learning strategies that raise attendance attainment and achievement of students across all colleges.
Standardize programs, working in collaboration and partnership with Operational teams to understand what works best, adapting where required and ensuring all stakeholders are onboard in delivering a consistent approach to programs across the Group.
Standardize documentation used including but not limited to, outlining program goals, objectives, and lesson/program strategies and editing.
Collaborating with Curriculum Innovation colleagues on identifying and developing relevant innovation to be integrated into the curriculum design.
Work alongside People Curriculum Managers and Teaching Teams to implement and embed the curriculum solutions into the classrooms in a strategic and consistent way across all TOP Colleges.
Develop and deliver Workshops to roll out developments to local Curriculum Management & Teaching Teams
Lead on the collection and use of learner voice and employee feedback to help improve teaching and learning and curriculum delivery in line with developments and the needs of the students for successful outcomes and progress.
Develop student and teacher guidelines to successfully interpret and negotiate summative program requirements.
Create and quality assure a centralized storage space for teaching resources which teaching teams will use and populate
Training teaching team for effective assessing
Helping lead verifier on internal verification of associate and diploma program in Small Business Management
Training vocational team on Learning Assistant, tracking the evidences and meeting the performance criterions’ by setting the required appropriate activities.
i am working as an assistant professor and exam manager of Business School. i am also head of event management committee, member of library committee, head of AQAS dramatic society and Jinnah debating society.
currently i am teaching to bba, mba and m.phil programs
i worked there as a permanent lecturer and taught mba, bba, bscs, m.com programs. i also acted as the head of their event management commitee
