projects, including review and drafting of financing and security documents, satisfaction of conditions precedent,

of hypothecation, pledge agreements, escrow agreements, security trustee agreements, corporate guarantees, indemnity

project finance transaction.

supply agreements, solar lease agreements, energy service agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and other
project-related commercial arrangements for renewable energy projects.

disbursement compliances, including review of corporate approvals, constitutional documents, project approvals,
licences, permits, financing consents, and regulatory filings in project finance transactions.
