• Analyzing/ evaluating the current admin: service level provided to customer, capability, proactively, effectiveness and efficiency of deliverable;
• Develop strong partnership approach within management teams and keeping the openness of communication and clarity of understanding on all issues;
• Managing the Insurance file for bank and sisters company: (A) Ensure that the Bank assets are well protected with proper insurance coverage by studying and evaluating insurance policies with respect to terms and conditions (B) Ensure that all risk areas (branches, Cars, Assets, Building and goods) have proper insurance coverage;
• Renew and maintain all bank & Sisters Company leases in the UAE before its expiry;
• Managing the Government needed : renew and maintain the trade licenses for branches, ATMs permits and sisters company licenses and other government certificates of all bank legal entities in UAE to ensure that documents are up-to-date;
• Evaluate the Performance level of the Administration Team and supervise on their objectives inquiries;
• Handling demonstration and fixed Asset for Bank Assets and supervision on Bank inventory, Maintain and control the fixed asset system, Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the system and prepare the monthly - annual Fixed Assets report;
• Supervises tagging and recording of all assets owned by Arab Bank and sisters company in order to track the utilization of various assets over their useful life;
• Operational administration to include technical scope provision, generation of purchase orders, tracking of supplier’s invoices and related communications;
• Coordinates and oversees day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization, as appropriate, to include maintenance, inventory management,
• Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, alarms, Logistics;
• Addresses the maintenance requests for branches and Bank premises.
