Responsibilities include:
Print Planning and Estimation
* Plan Production - Develop, communicate, track and report production and delivery plans according to product forecasts
* Project Estimation - Make decisions on how a product will be produced, including time and materials, etc.
* Schedule Production - Use enterprise planning tools to define the schedule for print jobs, define what work will be produced in-house or through print partners, create specifications for other departments and integrate their work into the production process. Share cycle times and due dates with other departments to make sure plans and materials come together to meet the schedule.
* Planning Alignment - Work with product managers.and planners to enable an integrated planning process
* Global Printing Coordination - Collaborate with areas to ensure the correct files are printed to an expected quality standard, qualify suppliers or vendors, to ensure that area printing requirements are addressed and to solve production issues.

Position: Internal Sales In-Charge / Estimator
Responsibilities include:
Develop New Sales and Achieve Set Sales Target
* Support the commercial team and develop new sales to support the marketing team.
* Effectively deal with telephone and walk-in enquiries requesting quotations for products, compiling information on the desired products including prices from external suppliers
* Apply sales skills to capitallise on commercial opportunities through negotiation of prices
* Create Enquiries from customer queries and other tenders received and ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary
* Liase between production and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries regarding delivery and production
* Achieve team and individual sales targets set by the Management team
* Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls
* Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objective.

Responsibilities include:
* Meet Customers and advise them about their printing requirements and technicalities of the job
* Examine quote specifications supplied by clients and sales personnel.
* Plan Production Process - Discuss planning options with supervisor.
* Analyze specifications and samples provided; calculate unit costs using pricing schedules.
* Compare estimates to specifications when an order is submitted for production.
* Revise estimates as needed due to specification changes and submit a revised Proposal.

Introduction to the Preflighting software's
Digital Imposition using Prinect Signa Station
