● Responsible for maintaining machinery and electrical equipments and in-house machine manufacturing.
● Responsible for Automation, Cost saving & Improvement Projects.
● Hands on experience of PLC’s (Mitsubishi, Omron), Servo Motors & Drives, Variable Frequency Drives, Robots (IAI).
● Prepared departmental Annual Plan and execution as per schedule.
● Prepared department budget for buying of spares and analyzed data to forecast the proposed cost reduction in coming years
● Responsible for spare parts management and developing solutions for cost-effective procurements (localisation of spares).
● Responsible in Tool store setup.
● Responsible for installation and commissioning of new machines in new plant setup.
● Preparing schedule for Preventive Maintenance & carrying out Preventive Maintenance for Machines.
● Responsible for implementation of OHSAS 18001 and TS.
● Familiar with engineering tools e.g. Process FMEA, 7 QC Tools
● Man Power Handling & Technical Skill Development of team members by imparting in-house trainings and organizing external training programs.
● Machine Improvement & Machine Maintenance.
● Preparing schedule for Preventive Maintenance & carrying out Preventive Maintenance for Machines.
● Monitoring, Analysis of daily Breakdown of M/Cs & taking their corrective action.
● Programming/Troubleshooting of PLC(Mitsubishi) & CNC Machines(Fanuc System & Mitsubishi System)
● Carrying out all the activities like: 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoka etc.
