• Managing mid to senior management recruitment focusing on Banking and financial sector, Real Estate & Property Development, Engineering, Construction, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, IT & various other sectors.
• Account management for clients and determining their specific recruitment needs.

The focus being on understanding the Company’s requirements, culture, strengths and deciding on the recruitment strategy.
Screen, shortlist and Conduct HR interviews to check the candidate’s suitability for the requirement
Providing suitable candidates and hiring them within the stipulated time.
Recruiting people at all levels i.e. form experience range of 2-15 years for all permanent, subcontracting and direct positions.
Sourcing CVs from various channels such as referencing, company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Monster, Naukri, and networking tools such as LinkedIn.
Mapping client’s manpower requirements, coordinating and ensuring the right candidates at the right job.
Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile and organization set up and hence scheduling their interviews.
Administering communication tests Versant & Vantage and evaluating the candidates for their soft skills.
Reporting - Generating Tracker sheet on current candidate pipeline, candidates in Process, requirements and offer reports and on future starts, to be sent to delivery heads and top management.
Initiating Background Checks, Document Verifications and releasing offers.
Responsible for mentoring new team members on the recruitment process and various active requirements.
Providing timely feedback to the client on their requirements and to the candidates on their interview
Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining and conducting Connect Sessions.
Promoting vacancies through appropriate channels and also promote internal referrals and internal mobility.
Closing positions for variety of skills with fixed Turnaround times
Working on Taleo or RMS for candidate management like sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offer.
Organizing, Coordinating and driving recruitment events on weekends with footfall ranging from 100-400 candidates.
Handled HNW customers and managing investment portfolios of customers.
Assisting manager’s in recruitments of sales executive and scheduling their interviews.
Handling the induction training of interns and their projects.
Involved in induction process of new joiner’s
Handling back office of mutual funds and insurance
Scheduling interviews for sales executives and following up for the feedback
Maintaining report of various type such as Interns report, Portfolio report, MIS, etc.
for Alpha Online Education.
Taking up challenging and creative writing jobs and handle recruitment activities for the company.
