I serve customers, giving them the menu, waiting for their orders, serving their orders, and busting the tables. after 2 years or working as a waiter, I was promoted to as HEAD WAITER.
As a hardware sales representative, my main responsibility is to sell hardware products to customers. I engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate hardware solutions based on their requirements. I provide product information, demonstrate features and benefits, and address any concerns or questions customers may have. Building and maintaining relationships with clients is essential, as you aim to establish trust and loyalty. I may also negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals. Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge is crucial to effectively communicate the value and advantages of the hardware you sell. My goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a server/waiter, my primary role is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests. Also, I am responsible for taking food and drink orders, accurately inputting them into the system, and delivering the orders to the kitchen staff. Additionally, I assist in recommending menu items, answering customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns or special requests. Throughout the meal, I monitor the guests' needs, ensuring that they have everything they require, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and providing additional condiments or utensils. I maintain a clean and organized workspace, and at the end of each shift, I may be responsible for handling payments and processing transactions. My goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure that guests leave satisfied with their dining experience.
A school that offers a National Certificate II. They teach you the basic skills needed. As for me, I am a graduate of Food and Beverages, the school teaches me how to properly serve customers, properly ask them for their order, and how treat them properly and properly bust the tables.
