Ensure day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-in and Take-Home Sales Services

Plan a one-month cycle menu to be served in the cafeteria that caters both employees and visitors of the hospital
Ensure cost control and minimal wastage are in place for profitability of the department
Develop standardized recipes to promote consistency of the quality of food served
Offer catering services within the premise of the hospital for special functions as other source of income
Plan the menu of the hospital for patients
Counsel and instruct patients on their diet prescription
Prepare osteorized food for patients
Supervise and guide the dietary staff in meal preparation
