• Preparation and issuance of formal lease agreement, licenses, contract amendments, and contract termination as well as renewal of contract to new and operational tenants.
• Coordinate and communicate wit h retailers on agreed renewal terms, requests and leasing concerns that entails management approval.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental (Legal, Finance, RDT, Operations) on contract clauses and amendment (Legal); outstanding and payment status (Finance); endorsement of new tenant, fit-out & trading status, floor plan amendment; unit surrender and clearance process & tenant documentation (RDT/Operations).
• Preparing & updating weekly Leasing report to Leasing Manager & Head of the Department.
• Maintain and update Leasing Rent roll, Master list, Retail application profiles, Retailer and prospect Tenant database, Tenant files, and signed offers and executed Lease Agreement.

• Assist Leasing Manager and ensure tenant retention & renewals of existing leases, reduction of vacant retail space, improving tenant mix and maximizing property income.
• Outsourcing and scouting prospect Tenants. Lease out process, site visits and meetings. Rent and renewal negotiation within the approved budget, issue offers and finalized lease agreement with Leasing Admins & inter department (Legal, Finance, RDT, Operations).
• Tenant Relationship Management: act as Tenant initial contact, ensure tenant coordination on leasing concerns, rates, amendment, renewals and all other operational issues raised during unit fit-out, execution, operation until unit surrender.
• Propose rent reduction, special approval requests, memos and reports to Leasing Committee and all other leasing functions and issues that entails management approval from the commence of leasing.

Job responsibilities: Lease Process, Lease proposal, Maintaining files, Lease & payment settlement, Internal leasing process.
• Responsible for preparation of background information, generation of formal lease agreement, contract amendment and termination as well as license agreement manually and in system (Oracle/Yardi) for all operational and new Tenants with confirmed and agreed rates; routing for internal signatories; system generation of approved LAF & invoicing; dispatch and follow up signed-off contract from Retailer; collection of payment and authentication of deal thru execution of Lease Agreement.
• Tenant coordination: Communicate with retailers on agreed renewal terms, requests and leasing concerns that entails management approval. Screen and act as Tenant/Retailers initial contact about leasing inquiry, leasing concern and issues prior escalating to the top management.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental on contract clauses and amendments, file legal case (Legal); outstanding and payment status (Finance); endorsement of new tenant, fit-out & trading status, floor plan amendment; unit surrender and clearance process (RDT/FM). Register, generate and issue Ejari to Tenant from Dubai Land Department system.
• Report Writing: Preparing & updating system transaction report to Asset Manager &/or per Head Office requirement.
• Database & Record: Maintain and update Leasing Rent roll, Master list, Retail application profiles, Retailer and prospect Tenant database, Tenant files, and signed offers and executed Lease Agreement.
