• To plan orders spare parts & New Units (local & international)
• To make purchase orders in oracle (ERP).
• To keep follow up with suppliers and expedite those orders.
• Maintain On time delivery metrics. (Deliver all orders must be on time).
• Follow up in house items till the execution of the orders.
• Maintain and provide weekly report to customer for ETA (Estimated time of arrival).
• Make international shipping invoices.
• Receiving local manufacture parts in Oracle and issue them to their specific jobs.
• Maintain report of all plan order list and provide to our management (In excel sheet).
• To arrange drivers for orders delivery.
• All this process has been done in Oracle (ERP).
