• Shabbir Textile is renowned and well known branded company in women wear embroidered, printed lawn. Amna Ismail, Kiran Komal, Zuni, Amir Laiqat brands are available in Pakistan, UK, USA, Gulf countries, India, and other countries. Shabbir Textile sells its products through retail, online platform, exhibitions, fashion shows, TV shows, and other channels. Beside summer, and winter collections also mid summer and Eid collections are the seasons. Now we Shabbir Textile have started its factory owned shops throughout
• Here I am busy with setting standard operating procedures for procurement, logistics and guide the annual planning process for the division in alignment with supply / demand scenarios for brands
• I am responsible for developing material costs forecasts, Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors
• I am responsible for document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows
• I am managing collection of data, performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain
• Participate in the coordination of new range of season collection, exhibitions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material or production flow
• Responsible for procurement of all accessories / items as planned and are available to the production floor on time. Undertake all task assigned to me.
• Changed UNFPAs time based procurement & delivery system to Quick response.
• Set up 15 new facilities in FATA agency, 6 in Agencies, trained staff for safety, security & data maintaining issues. Deployed Mobile Service units (MSUs) in KPK and sound Sindh Flood effecte’s and implement exit strategy on completion
• I had been controlling procurement process & activities for RH medicines (100 Items) required in UNFPA facilities (15 SDPs) amounting 6 million Rs for 3 month requirements
• I had been managing & oversee distribution of medicines, Hygiene, Baby, RH Kits, Tools equipments, residential items for more than approx 90000 patients visit our Service Distribution Points SDPs per month in 6 Districts
• I Developed & maintain warehouse systems, ensure that stock management & administration systems are implemented throughout the program.
• Ensured facilities & compound management, ensuring that adequate security measures, asset maintenance, power & water supplies are carried out
• I was busy with managers to plan and execute production, monitor resources
• I was busy with receiving reports from all departmental heads & hands them over to general manager to prepare company’s quarterly, biannual and annual reports
• Also involved with negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoice
• I had been managing all tools and equipment, inventories, and supply purchases
• Remained active & professional outlook, work some extra hours, plan the next day's work, shift the workers to different job profiles, work by utilizing human & financial resources, in economical way. Deal with sensitive matters professionally
• My job was to Assist production manager, and the liaison between staff & management
• I was Busy in planning, implementing the annual calendar of activities including, quality control, audits, special events, and the official administrative acts

From Iqra University we have attendant 90 credit hours MBA which is equivalent to M.Phil.
