Hands on experience in managing and tracking shipments and providing customers with advice and shipment alternatives. In depth knowledge of managing appropriate documentation and billing issues
Duties & Responsibilities
•Ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational goals inclusive of Shipping functions and Inventory Management
•Look after for yard, check materials, and coordinate with warehouse to order new material.
•Logistics plan of all heavy equipment’s like Mobile cranes, Crawler cranes, Fork lifts, low bed trailers, high bed trailers & Boom trucks etc
•Supervision of all heavy equipment’s (planning & Execution)
•Negotiate and support logistics costs meant for third party logistics providers assisting yearly budget goals Daily safety talk with contractor workers and know them OSHA standards.
•Check all the invoices and tally them as per my record.
•Takes immediate action to resolve difficulties and problems arise in different stages of TA activities as soon as possible.
•Manage all the Equipment requirements of Turnarounds in the entire complex
•Ensure to process orders and on-time delivery by network of courier companies and warehouses.
•Follow-up with Vendor for mobilization of equipment’s.
•Head team to develop and maintain logistic process documentation.
•To inspect all the vehicles and equipment’s before entering the plant premises.
•Directly report to Manager if any incident or near miss happens.
