Responsibilities:
• Designing, Engineering and compiling documents based on International electrical and instrument standards:
• P&ID, Instrument and I/O list, Load list, wiring diagram, Hook up drawing, Instrument datasheet, Instruction for Instrument installation, Instrument location layout, Cable sizing, IS Loop calculation.
• Preparing the technical proposal for turbo compressor projects
• Preparing of technical specifications and instruction documents for instrument Installation and testing.
• Instructor of control system and instrumentation design courses.(Focusing on SIEMENS PLCs and ISA standard)
• Designing of back up control circuit based on relay and timer in case of PLC failure.
• Performing factory testing (FAT) for control system (Siemens PLCs) and LV Switchgears.
• Attending in HAZOP, SIL study meetings
• Providing consultation services in LV Switchgears and control system department in Refinery projects.
Responsibilities:
• Designing, integration engineering, installation, testing of SIEMENS and HIMA PLCs
• Engineering, networking and troubleshooting of SIEMENS S7 PLCs
• Compiling engineering documents based on international standards:
• Signal list and allocation, Cabinet arrangement and panel overview, Electrical circuit diagram, Power consumption and heat dissipation, JB Termination, Earthing diagram, Control system configuration
• Instructor of control system and instrumentation design courses.(Focusing on SIEMENS PLCs and HIMA PLCs)
