Responsible for BIM/VDC implementation, execution and management on one of the iconic mega projects in the region - Burj 2020 District and all other relevant property projects of DMCC.
- Development of enterprise BIM Framework documents - inclusive of strategic planning and strategic alignment, execution planning templates, handover framework for BIM to FMO.
- Development of Employer Information Requirements as per international BIM standards (AIA, BSI) and business specific needs.
- Development of design management and design review policies, procedures and process maps
- Amendment and integration of relevant property department policies with BIM framework and discipline specific requirements

- Preparation of project charters and justifications for innovative process and system implementations
- Calculations of ROI on different new imperatives.
- initiated the first BIM to FM pilot in UAE in newly commissioned One JLT commercial tower.

Preparing drawings of building plans, floor level plans, section views, advanced detail views using Autodesk Revit Architecture for BIM (building information modelling) and Autodesk AutoCAD for drawings management.
• Preparing and managing 3d models data of service center interiors and HQ building interiors of the company using the industry leading BIM solutions by Autdesk (Revit, 3ds Max Design suite). Producing high quality interior and exterior image renderings with Autodesk 3Ds MAX Design and Autodesk Mental Ray solution.
• Construction site follow-up. Site visits with sub-contractor representatives and crosschecking site technical documentations & drawings.
• Business trips to sites located at different regions and making measurements and sketches for drawing and design preparation.
• Metallic construction elements design for GSM sites for various purposes (access ladders, safety rings and railings)
• Preparing engineering and construction drawings of the company gold recovery plant: plans, plant areas, mining site areas. Preparing drawings of building plans, floor level plans, section views, advanced detail views using Autodesk Revit Building and Autodesk AutoCAD. Preparing drawings of special gold recovery mills and equipments, detailed equipment sketch for construction and refurbishment purposes. Preparing electrical, instrumentation and mechanical drawings required for project electrical and mechanical sub-sections. Indexing and reporting complete drawings to Project Head.
• Preparing engineering and instrumentation flow-sheets using Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit Building and Microsoft Visio software.
• Preparing video presentations and Microsoft Power Point presentations for report at meetings.
