1) Hawiyah- Unayzah Gas Reservoir Storage Project (IFC stage)
Client: SAUDI ARAMCO
Project scope:
The primary objective of this project is to provide the necessary facilities to store off-peak surplus sales gas via injection into the Hawiyah Unayzah reservoir during the low demand season for reproduction back to the Master Gas System during high demand, thereby maximizing gas plants utilization.
Project scope covers detailed design and procurement assistance for
• 22 injection flowlines of 10NB.
• 10 reproduction flowlines of 10NB.
• 12 reproduction flowlines of 16NB.
• 2 injection trunklines of 24NB.
• 6 reproduction trunklines of 30NB.
• 1 sales gas transmission line of 56NB
• 1 condensate transmission line of 10NB
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES HANDLED
• Review of Safety Instruction Sheets, Wall Thickness Calculations, Elastic Bending Calculations and hydrotest calculations.
• Reviewed and provided engineering inputs for preparation of plan and profile sheets, crossing drawings, station approach drawings, Isometrics and hydrotest diagrams.
• Reviewing of Material Take Off.
• Review of Valve Data Sheets and Scrapper trap data sheets.

2) North Gas Compression Plants (NGCP) Pipelines, ARAMCO
Client: SAUDI ARAMCO
Project scope: Procurement assistance
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES HANDLED
• Review of Safety Instruction Sheets for RTP lines.
• Review of vendor Datasheet and drawings of RTP pipes and fittings.
• Review of Scrapper trap design calculations and equipment diagram.

Maintain Potential Programs (MPP)
Client: SAUDI ARAMCO
Project scope:
The maintain potential programs provides Upstream facilities to sustain oil and gas
Production from newly developed and existing Fields. The scope included connecting new Wells, monitoring and testing well systems, Pipelines to transport crude oil and gas to Processing facilities, and drilling support Structures.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES HANDLED
• Provided Support to Project Team for expediting the upload of back log Legacy Well packages in I-Plant. Which included following up and coordination with all the involved Disciplines, Document Control Team and Client PMT.
• Preparation of Safety Instruction Sheets, Wall Thickness Calculations, Elastic Bending Calculations and hydrotest calculations.
• Preparation and reviewing of Material Take Off.

Have been involved in route selection (desktop study and as per site condition through site visits), Location class classification and determination of required Design Factor, Reviewing of Pipeline Engineering Drawing, Preparation of Pipeline Engineering calculations, Preparation of Specifications and Data sheets for various pipeline components, Review of RTR pipe design (Submitted by vendor), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Reviewing vendor drawings.
Participated and provided inputs to various review session such as HAZID, Design review & HAZOP
