Job Description:
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and allocate all repair and maintenance activities &lead a team to complete
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control budget for maintenance
• Manage the service vendors and contractors such as-Elevators, Generators, AHU, chiller system, Fire Hydrant system, & Access control system.
• obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
• calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maintain cost-effectiveness
• coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
• manage contractor and vendor relationships
• verify payment and invoicing match contract pricing
• respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures
• provide prompt response to requests and issues from the EPO(Emir’s Private affaires office)
• keep and maintain daily logs and reports
• Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

• overall responsibility and ownership of the hotel repairs, upgrades and service. This include general day to day maintenance and responsibility for statutory compliance ensuring that all health and safety audits and checks are completed such as fire testing, PAT testing and emergency lighting
• Ensuring that PPM schemes are in place and the property is consistently maintained the standard
• Fix minor maintenance work including plumbing, painting, electrics and other miscellaneous repairs in the suites or site
• Communicate with guests and customers to resolve maintenance issues
• Establish administrative policies, procedures, & standards.
• safe and efficient maintenance and operation of, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and kitchen related equipment.
