Working on College of Nursing (Female Section), King Abdul Aziz University (Design & Build project) which includes facilities like Auditorium, Intensive Care Lab, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Lab, Medical and Nursing Lab, Pediatric Nursing Lab, Obstetric and Gynecological Nursing Lab, AHU Rooms, Medical Gas Rooms, Exterior Pump Rooms. Reporting to Technical Manager and daily duties includes:
- Identifying Design Phase deliverables for each procurement package within the Architecture Work Plan.
- Independently applying Advanced Architectural Concepts & Design to Interior & Exterior Appearance.
- Preparing & reviewing Engineering Studies, Design Drawings & Documents & Material & Equipment Specifications.

In retail projects, managed a team for the Architectural and interior designing and coordination of Toki Restaurant Riyadh and delivered drawings for Byblos Xpress Jeddah.
Everyday activities were:
• Developing designs and presentation materials for various commercial, retail and hospitality projects.
• Providing professional design development and coordination of product research and specifications for retail, multi-unit and mixed use facilities.

Starting as a full time Architect with this real Estate Developer the tenure involved the starting & completion of two of the most prestigious township projects in Delhi NCR as well as two Group housings and a Retail Mall namely:
GAUR CITY 1 & 2: A township spread across 125 acres comprising residential, commercial office (non-IT), retail, healthcare and hospitality components in Noida Extension.
GAUR Yamuna City: A much more enlarged township sprawling 250 acres consisting of residential, commercial, retail & hospitality on Yamuna E-way, Greater Noida.
GAUR Saundaryam: A ¾ BHK Luxury Apartments Group housing consisting 1376 Dwelling Units in Noida Extension.
GAUR Sportswood: A ¾ BHK Luxury Apartments Group housing consisting 800 Dwelling Units in Sec.-79 Noida.
GAUR Central: A 17000 sqm. Retail Mall in Raj Nagar Ghaziabad.
Reporting to the GM Planning and highly involved in drawing preparation, issuance of IFC/GFC, coordination, liaising & managing day to day duties that further include:
• Formulating strategic architectural design guidelines for clients' assets to fulfill future urban development and potential value-added opportunities
