*RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understands applicable codes, standards and project contract documents to ensure compliance with contract documents & specification.
• Responsible for quality execution of MEP activities during all phases of project till obtaining the TOC.
• Participate & comply in the improvement of established QMS & PQP procedures & aligning the activities with base line program.
• Liaise with vendors & arrange the material submittals & Engineering drawings for timely submission to Consultant.
• Develop Method statement for the activity including risk assessment and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
• Liaise with vendors for timely arrangement of required materials & ensure timely placements of PO to execute the job as per the KPI .
• Review & check Technical Submittal in line with specification, drawing & applicable feasible execution in site to avoid the discrepancy.
• Coordinating & follow up to execute the necessary Authority related inspections as per the program .
• Assist Managers & Engineers in identifying & solving problems relevant to authority submissions and seeking the authority approvals
• Coordinate with Contractors & Consultant to discuss & troubleshoot the project relevant discrepancies.
• Preparing the necessary project related spread sheets to monitor the Project progress, Project look ahead, Major project issues with summaries .
• Coordinating with site & forecasting for the required resources to meet the deadline in specific window of time.
• Carrying Out swift executions of MEP long lead items FCU, FAHU, PUMPS, HEAT EXCHANGERS etc.. and scheduling their activities system wise to avoid Miss coordination .
• Conducting the T&C for MEP operations and carrying on-site inspections with consultant to achieve the desired results .
• Responsible for the submission of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Training Manual & coordinate for As- Built drawing Submission.
• Assessing the work done & informing the Team Lead about possible Wo r k variations & preparing the draft for replying the official letters.
• Responsible for Submission of Closeout documents like Warranty, Spare parts , Asset Register & relevant soft ware & passwords .
• Maintaining documents with their soft and hard copies for the successfully project hand over to DLP team.

* RESPONSIBILTIES
Preparation, execution & commissioning of complete HVAC & Plumbing system(Water supply, Drainage, FAHU”S, Heat Exchangers & Secondary Pumps, Transfer pumps).
• Ensuring the activities carried on based upon, Method statement & quality control measures.
• Conducting material inspection by its document or with its physical condition in accordance approved submittal & specification .
• Preparing & carrying out work inspection request & ensuring the work done according to approved shop drawing & architectural coordination.
• Execution & Commissioning of Sprinkler riser & Wet riser systems in accordance with NFPA & ADCD requirements .
• Execution & Commissioning of Main Pump, Stand by pump & Jockey pump in sequence with Fire alarm & Central battery system.
• .Assisting & Preparing the Look Ahead program with Planners to achieve the required milestone.
• Conducting various performance tests (Pressure testing, Gravity testing, Duct leak test, Air balancing, Welding joint 3rd party approvals etc) to ensure proper working of the systems.
• Well versed with ESTIDAMA requirements & aspects related to different mechanical systems .
• Responsible for the submission of Operation & Maintenance Manuals & As- Built drawing for project handover.
• Assessing the work done & informing the Team Lead about possible work variations & Interim claims for the time extensions.
• With an Efficient Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Central Battery System & Building Management Systems .
• Preparation & arranging of Closeout documents warranty/Guarantee certificates & spare parts
SKILLS:
•With a thorough Knowledge of 3rd party requirements for ADCD approvals.
• Carrying out ESTIDAMA inspections for obtaining URBAN authority approval.
• Computer literate - proficient in programs such as AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the relevant disciplines.
• Closing of any non-conformity to construction/ engineering related issues.
• Well versed with ADNOC Requirements & 3rd party inspection.
• Responsible for Handing over the required MEP clearance to contractors.
• Resolving MEP service coordination & conflicts related to it .
• Run Test Preparation & Execution.
