Coordinate overall BIM implementation within the team. Collaborate closely with BIM Manger to assure quality and compliance with project standards. Implementing EIR and BEP to the project as per Client requirement. Create and maintain LOIN matrices schedule, LOD, Deliverable register and Submissions. Assist in creating BIM deliverables, including Model Federation, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans. Attended client and third-party meetings, facilitating BIM model presentations and navigation. Coordinating with cross disciplines such as Architecture, MEP, Landscape etc. to maintain maximum accuracy. Coordinate BIM issues with design teams to refine models and BIM deliverables. Support BIM implementation, standards, modeling workflows, and methodologies during the project design lifecycle.
