Plan material delivery in accordance with the delivery schedule and site requirements.
To organize and prepare site logistics plan and lay down areas in order to make effective use of site spaces during material deliveries.
Handling maintenance & operations of Tower Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Construction Hoist, Mast Climbers, Cradles, Generator Sets, Placing Boom, Concrete pumps (M1, CP 30, BP 1800, etc).
To manage various service providers in order to ensure continuous water supply, fuel supply (safe storage), and waste water disposal in a timely manner.
To organize and plan the raising of Tower Cranes. Coordinate with the Construction Manager and Plant Department on time and on regular intervals. Organize and arrange the required material / crane elements.
Monitor the attendance of all skilled employees allocated for logistical support. Allocate work and assign responsibilities to carry out routine job.
To create safe access routes / diversions & temporary facilities in order to carry out maintenance of heavy equipments.
To ensure safe working condition in coordination with safety staff in order to prevent any untoward incident on site. Monitoring of repair and maintenance of site facilities.
Coordinate necessary permits / approvals from local authorities. Arrange third party inspection of tower cranes and other areas as the need arises. Plan Tower Crane and hoist work schedule / timings. Manage the construction of temporary facilities.
To maintain comprehensive logistics records of the project in order to satisfy the documentation needed by QA Department for auditing purposes. Maintain and update records of all NOC’s. Updated files of Road Permits. Manage and organize records of all site equipments and monitor its working hours. Contribute feedback in work and program delivery schedule for matters affecting logistical constraint
Successfully liaised with Client Engineers thereby minimizing client dissatisfaction level.
Purchasing of all type of Raw Material, like aggregate stone dust, courses and fine sand, Bricks all type, Track Ballast, Blanketing materials, GSB, Boulders etc.
Raw materials sources survey for all project site and provide rate approval for the same like aggregate stone dust, courses and fine sand, Bricks all type, Track Ballast, Blanketing materials, GSB, Builders etc.
Reconciliation of stock, Inventory control stock-verification, MIS etc.
Every month visit to our different Project for Store Auditing and other any type of problem in site Store.
Follow up for ERP problems raised by site like wrong MRR posting, wrong code entry correction & issue correction etc.
Attend the site complains of stores/ purchase and give their solution for rectification.
Verification and monitoring of all projects surplus and over inventory and shifting to require project and central store.
To open vendor / Item code through ERP as per required by site & H.O on day to day basis.
Making rental bill for shuttering / scaffolding & machinery and other capital items on the basis of data received from the site and the same information given to concerned department on every month.
Worked with M/s Unitech Limited, Gurgaon as Store Keeper on Chimney Project of 2 x 300 MW Deen Bandhu Chhoturam Thermal Power Project, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana from December 2005 to November 2006
Worked with M/s Unitech Limited, Gurgaon as Store Assistant on Chimney Project of 2 x 250 MW Guru Hargovind Thermal Power Plant (Unit # 3 & 4) at Lehera Mohabat Bathinda, Punjab from December 2004 to December 2005.
