standards.
➢ Supervising and examining the raw materials and
evaluating the internal production processes.
➢ Collects data from various process applications,
analyze data and prepares Control charts, Pareto
charts and QC Tools for the Process improvement.
➢ Hands on experience on testing of cables and ensuring
the electrical and process parameters meet the
specific standards
➢ Identify and drive continuous improvement
initiative’s, aimed at reducing process variations and
product cost
➢ Implemented methods for recording the Process data
of every machine and utilized data for the material
consumption in efficient manner and future
references
➢ Maintaining the Tooling including the Tips & Dies for
the process for the accuracy of the products
➢ Provide technical support for quality controls, process
improvements, cost savings, process development
projects and product launches
➢ Preparation and Implementation of approved Quality
plan / ITP as per client/ routine test certificates
/consultant procedures.
➢ Responsible for the evaluation of materials & products
and conducts Type tests and Fire testing as per
standards
➢ Prepares NCR /CAR for the materials that has found
defective during the in-process and also during the
finished stages.
➢ Ensures tracking and timely closure of quality issues
such as investigations and preventive actions, overdue
procedures or other quality events. Ensure effective
solutions are implemented.
➢ Have dealt with Audit management system by
preparing the corresponding documents for the well
structure of the firm.
➢ To carry out inspections after successful completion of
