To lead the strategic development of the home appliances category, product innovation, management of category business plans and team to create competitive advantage in the
marketplace for customers and consumers. Responsible for all marketing activities for all business units, including developing annual marketing plan and budget.
Activities include:
Lead multiple initiatives developed to engage target consumer with Singer brand, products and Singer Plus Retail.
Lead advertising/marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness/familiarity of Singer brand.
Develop the annual strategic marketing plan.
Formulate and Manage marketing budget for all staffing and resources.
Manage and Supervise the creation of all marketing collaterals and sales support tools.
- Responsible for revenue and profitability targets of the company.
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the annual as well
as long term organizational objectives.
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns in China and other target markets
- Establish and improve the brand image of TradeKey and create differentiation in the market with
unique and value added services.
- Plan and manage the sales and marketing operations including controlling the sales activities,
product mix, geographical sales areas and promotions.
- Design and implement effective sales control and management systems and procedures through
process automation in CRM for scalability of operations.
- Manage and improve the Service Delivery function to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish new business ventures augmenting to the core business of TradeKey leveraging the
existing TradeKey database of members
- Responsible for entire Spares & Parts Business of Dawlance, responsible for both revenue and profitability through a team of 6 zonal managers, 25 branch managers and 5 supply chain personnel.
- Establish the DGP brand and Dawlance Genuine Parts brand equity through differentiation
- Manage the nationwide sales network of parts business.
- Marketing and sales promotion activities for parts business.
- Establish the supply chain for parts business.
- Portfolio development and enhancement through new product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Category head for Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies in coordination with the sales team.
- New Product Development in coordination with the R&D Team - All Categories.
- Product line extension and introduction of new categories through sourcing from China.
- Provide complete support to the export sales team in terms of right product for each market.
- Develop, execute, monitor and control product portfolio strategy in line with Brand Key.

1. Successfully implemented the Integrated Product Development Process (IPDP), an interdepartmental cross functional virtual platform for effective product development.
2. Successfully implemented Product Councils, an interdepartmental cross functional virtual platform for effective product management decisions.
