 Coordinate, manage and monitor the working of various departments i.e., Production, PPC, Maintenance, QA, Warehouse & HSE in the organization for smooth operations of plant.
 Prepare and control operational budgets, control inventory through WMS and plan strategies for financial well being of the company. Review financial statements and data to improve profitability.
 Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
 Establish organizational structures, delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules, supervise staff, monitor and evaluate their performance.
 Manage the maintenance of equipment and PLC based machines and increase OEE, increasing MTBF and reducing MTTR.
 Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions such as Purchase, R&D, IT, HR and Accounts.

R&D, sales, and logistics to ensure production aligns
with demand and delivery schedules.
