 Perform quarterly business review, product alignments and quality audits with strategic suppliers.
 Introduced and implemented 5S and KAI-ZEN as Values, which resulted in productivity increment by 5%.
 Reduced pilferage/damage by 2% by organizing store layout & improve of Warehouse Management System.
 Developed SOP, enabled & implemented processes for Warranty Materials Movements (claims from vendor) and customer returns.
 Enhance planning with contract manufacturers, suppliers and logistics along with sales team to achieve 99% on time shipment and deliveries.
 Manage overall invoice processing activities by liaising with finance and ensure vendor receive their payments according to contract terms, thereby building a healthy relationship with vendors to minimize the cost and increase the efficiency of delivery.
 Optimize the inventory with improve the 65% of lead time interval to execute the MRP for stock materials (especially for building services) and timely ordering to KSB (Germany, France and Holland) for non-stock materials (Project Material).
