Responsible from Initiate to handing over of the various projects, viz, High rise residential and commercial towers.
Meetings with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Coordinate with the Government bodies, wherever required.
Site Inspections for work and materials being used onsite
Review the Material submittals with samples for Electrical from the Sub contractor
Preparing shop drawings and Project Plan Scheduling in Microsoft Project
Project progress monitoring and reporting as per schedule
Supervision of Installation HT & LT Panels, Power Distribution Transformer, LT Bus Ducts, Medium Voltage Distribution panels, HT and LT Cabling, cable trays, Internal & External Lighting
Supervision of Installation and inspection of erection of panels and cables connection works according to approved drawings.
Supervision of total Internal and External Electrification works Distribution panel, Sub-Distribution panel and all other types of lights fixture, Utility Sockets, Fire Alarm System, CCTV system and other related works
Able to prepare monthly progress reports for works and submit to Project Manager
Effective Coordination with Consultant-client/Sub-contractors for approval of engineering & Construction, Site test activities
Review the Material submittals with samples for Electrical, HVAC, plumbing equipment’s, lighting equipment’s, field devices and other associated MEP materials from the Sub contractor
Project progress monitoring and reporting as per schedule
Effective Coordination in conducting material, equipment and installation inspections according to project specifications and standard
Coordinate with other services for necessary clearance and ensure work executed in planned sequence
Installation and commissioning of indoor, outdoor normal & emergency lighting system
Documentation of various inspections held & prepare defect list to clear with the subcontractor
Effective Coordination with Consultant-client/Sub-contractors for approval of engineering & Construction, Site test activities
Prepare design calculations and review plans for compliance with guidelines, codes and other regulations
Preparing and Taking Approval of shop Drawings, As built drawings for Electrical MV & LV systems, Fire alarm, Low current, External services, internal & External lighting, Power layouts, SMB & DB Scheduling, Single line diagrams, and Cable routings ducting etc.
Coordinating with consultants getting inspections at site, approving all materials
Responsible for timely ordering of materials to suit project requirement. Responsible for timely execution of the project.
Completion of jobs/tasks in accordance with the project plans and specifications and work progress in a manner to stay within the confines of the schedule.
Interacting with client to ascertain needs and develop design directions, concepts and specifications for assigned projects.
Able to prepare monthly progress reports for works and submit to Project Manager.
Review of Contractors technical submittals and approvals
Testing and commissioning of electrical installation works, etc.
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Coordinate various technical reviews with projects and end users with demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relations as a team member
Raising Request for Inspection, Inspection Test Plans & Variations if required.
Works with project managers to assure work meets business needs, applicable codes and standards of quality
Perform all other tasks related to Site and Procurement of building electrical systems
Supervising of operation & commissioning 15 to 25 kva diesel generator, transformers, power interface unit, s.m.p.s, smoke sensors, intruder sensor, lights, air conditioner and battery banks
Surveying the existing site before up gradation work
Preparing the material required form
Acceptance/Audit test is performed before the fully operation of the site
Preparing of electrical measurement sheet
Handle the sites of ground base tower, roof top tower and roof top pole
Intimating the network service provider of work completion
Drawing the site layout in Autocad
Providing & fixing of franklin rod, G.I rod, S.S rod with pointed on the top of the lightning arrestor.
Drafting of acceptance check sheet of DG, transmission rack, AC, battery bank, SMPS, alarm, power management source
